The Ripple Effect
Building TRUST 4 Life from the Inside Out
An 8-Week Coaching and Personal Growth Experience for People Navigating Life’s Transitions
Change does not wait for you to be ready.
Sometimes it arrives as a loss. A relationship ending, a job disappearing, a version of yourself you no longer recognize in the mirror. Sometimes it shows up as grief, burnout, or the quiet but persistent feeling that something in your life is no longer working. And sometimes it simply arrives as a question you can no longer ignore: Who am I now, and where do I go from here?
Whatever brought you to this moment, you do not have to figure it out alone.
The Ripple Effect is built on a simple truth. When you do the inner work, the impact extends far beyond you. How you show up for yourself shapes how you show up in your relationships, your community, and your life. Every shift you make sends ripples outward. This group is where that shift begins.
*This is a coaching group, not therapy, and it is not appropriate for urgent or crisis support. Individuals experiencing an emergency should contact local emergency or crisis services.
What this Group is…
The Ripple Effect is a coaching, educational, and personal growth experience grounded in the TRUST Framework and Principles 4 Life. It is designed for people who are in the middle of change and want a structured, supported path through it.
Over eight weeks, we explore the inner foundations that determine how we move through uncertainty: self-awareness, personal values, boundaries, communication, and self-trust. Each week builds on the last, giving you tools and language for understanding yourself more clearly and making more intentional choices going forward.
- Self-awareness: understanding your patterns, your triggers, and what drives your choices
- Personal values: clarifying what actually matters to you and how to live in alignment with it
- Boundaries: where they come from, why they collapse, and how to hold them with confidence
- Communication: expressing your needs honestly and navigating hard conversations with clarity
- Self-trust: rebuilding your relationship with your own instincts, decisions, and worth
- Intentional growth: moving forward with purpose, not just momentum
This is coaching, not therapy. The focus is clarity, personal development, and sustainable change. If you are currently navigating a mental health crisis, we may refer you to a therapist before or alongside this group.
This Group is for you…
- You are going through a major life transition and need space to process what it means for who you are
- You are experiencing burnout and feel disconnected from your sense of purpose or direction
- You are navigating grief, loss, or the end of something significant
- You are facing relationship challenges and want to understand your role and your patterns
- You feel like you have lost yourself somewhere along the way and want to find your footing again
- You are in a period of uncertainty and want a guided structure, not just someone to vent to
- You are ready to grow, and you want to do it alongside people who understand what that kind of work requires
There is something powerful about growing alongside other people. When you realize you are not the only one navigating hard things, the weight becomes easier to carry. This group gives you both the tools and the community.

FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching and personal growth group, not therapy. Coaching focuses on clarity, growth, and intentional decision-making. It is not designed to treat mental health conditions. If you are currently in therapy, this group can complement that work. If you are in crisis, we will help you find the right support before joining.
What kinds of transitions does this group support?
The Ripple Effect is designed for a wide range of life changes: relationship shifts, divorce or breakups, career transitions, identity changes, burnout, grief and loss, major life decisions, and any period where you feel uncertain about who you are or where you are headed. If you are in the middle of change and want support navigating it, this group was built for you.
What if the application reveals I need more support than a group can offer?
Your safety and wellbeing come first. If your application or consultation reveals that you are working through something that needs more individualized care, such as recent trauma, domestic violence, or suicidal ideation within the last six months, we will connect you with the appropriate resources. This is not a rejection. It is the right and responsible step.
Do I have to be in crisis to join?
No. You do not need to be at a breaking point. Many participants simply know that something needs to shift and want a structured space to do that work before things get harder. You are allowed to invest in yourself before you hit a wall.
Do I have to share in the group?
You are invited to share, but you will never be forced to. Some of the most powerful growth happens in listening. You get to decide what feels right for you each week.
How many people will be in the group?
This is a small group by design. The number of spots is limited to keep the space intimate, safe, and meaningful. Additional details are shared during your consultation.
