Use of this website, including reading content, submitting a contact form, or scheduling a consultation, does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is only established after an intake process has been completed, informed consent documents have been signed, and services have been formally agreed upon.
2. Not Therapy or Crisis Services
Information provided on this website, in blog content, newsletters, courses, coaching sessions, or group programs is not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), call 911, your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency room. This website, contact form, and email are not monitored for emergencies.
3. Therapy Availability
Therapy services offered through WaSaBē MINT are provided by Ronella Ellis, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Therapy services are only available to clients physically located in Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, or New York at the time of service, where Ronella Ellis holds an active license to practice.
Use of this website does not establish eligibility for therapy services. Eligibility depends on the client’s physical location and current licensure status.
4. Coaching, Consulting, Training, and Speaking Disclaimer
Coaching, consulting, training, workshops, and speaking services are not therapy and do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. These services focus on personal development, decision-making, leadership, relationships, life transitions, and organizational growth.
These services are available to clients and organizations worldwide and are not restricted by geographic location.
Clients and organizations are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from these services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, downloads, videos, course materials, worksheets, and curricula — is the property of WaSaBē MINT and Middleway Systemic Solutions, PLLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or sold without prior written permission.
Protected intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:
- The TRUST Framework
- Principles 4 Life
- Self TRUST, Relational TRUST, and Collective TRUST
- All associated visual models, worksheets, curricula, and proprietary terminology
Unauthorized use of any of the above is a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All fees for services, coaching, programs, courses, or products are listed on the website or provided prior to booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are subject to a $100 late-cancellation or no-show fee.
Professional Services
Payments for professional services — including therapy, coaching, consulting, training, workshops, and speaking engagements — are nonrefundable after the service has been delivered.
Group Programs
Payment for group programs becomes nonrefundable once program service, access, or materials have been delivered.
Digital Products
Digital products are nonrefundable after delivery or after access has been provided.
Physical Book
The physical book is the only item eligible for return. A $7 shipping and handling fee applies to all book orders and is nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
WaSaBē MINT and Middleway Systemic Solutions, PLLC are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of this website, therapy services, coaching services, consulting and training services, courses, group programs, or educational materials.
8. Communication and Marketing Consent
Submitting a contact form, inquiry, or consultation request does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications, newsletters, or promotional emails. Service-related responses may be sent in reply to your inquiry. Separate consent is required for marketing communications.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
